Do you have one hour a week to help a young person in need of a trusted friend?
Communities in Schools, our nation's leading dropout prevention organization, is recruiting mentors to help our youth to achieve success in Cobb County. Mentors serve as adult role models helping with post-secondary planning and developing the skills needed to be successful beyond graduation. Mentors listen, laugh, and share positive time with a young person seeking support and friendship. Training is provided and mentor matches are made based on the unique qualities of each adult and student. Please contact
Meghan Wilson, Programs Manager, Communities in Schools Marietta/Cobb County for more information or to become a mentor, 678-503-0901 or
