Celebrate the sacred link between faith, work, and justice on Labor Day weekend. Participate in the Labor on the Pulpits program calling attention to the plight of minimum wage workers here in our state. Here are four possibilities: Preach a sermon or homily on the need for fair wages for all workers; Pray for workers who are struggling despite working hard every day ; Offer a litany based on the need for economic justice; Include information in your bulletin about the issue.
