Cobb United for Change has invited the national organization, Healing Our Nation, to present an introduction to their “Healing our Nation Workshop: Understanding the Impact of Prejudice & Race.” They have been facilitating these workshops around the country for organizations, corporations, and municipalities for over 20 years. These workshops are respectful of everyone’s background and culture to build bridges of understanding and bring communities together. More information in a MacNeil Lehrer clip Here The introductory sessions will be repeated during the week of Oct 14. Participants will include Cobb public officials, law enforcement personnel, community leaders, and community members.
