34th Annual Good Friday Pilgrimage (Urban Way of the Cross)

An Ecumenical Journey of Reflection & Walking Prayer

Organized by the Archdiocese of Atlanta Office of Justice & Peace Ministries

 

Join us on Good Friday, April 18, 2014 as we...

 

† Open in prayer with Catholic Archbishop Wilton Gregory  

 

† Reflect on today’s social justice issues as they connect to the sufferings Christ endured in His passion and death

  

† Journey to 14 different urban stations with brothers and sisters of many faiths

 

† Close in reflection with Episcopal Bishop Rob Wright

 

Begins at 9am at the Shrine of the Immaculate Conception Ends at apx. 12:30pm at the King Center Crypt (Buses will be available at the end of the journey to take participants back to the start point.)
