The D. L. Dykes, Jr. Foundation is a 501.c.3 operating foundation that makes educational materials and programming available to the public. While it enjoys good working relationships with a variety of Christian and Jewish organizations, it operates independently of any congregation, denomination or ecclesiastical authority. Georgia Alliance to Prevent Homelessness announces a Call for Presenters for the 2026 Conference, Community Power in Ending Homelessness: From Systems to Solutions, taking place May 4–6, 2026 at the Marietta Conference Center. This year’s conference will focus on aligning federal and state direction with community-driven innovation, measurable outcomes, and long-term stability. Practitioners, policymakers, researchers, advocates, law enforcement, healthcare partners, and community leaders are invited to submit workshop proposals aligned with the following tracks: 1. Federal & State Policy Shifts, 2. Community-Driven Solutions, 3. Long-Term Self-Sufficiency & Outcomes, 4. Data, Accountability & Measuring Success, 5. Workforce Sustainability,  6.
