The Forum for Theological Exploration (FTE)

offers resources for congregations and church-related organizations

to recruit, mentor, support, and accompany young leaders exploring their purpose and call.

Resources include the: 

  • Mentoring Grant to develop a program to mentor and inspire young adults discovering where God is calling them
  • Pastoral Internships Grant to create internships for young adults that introduce them to pastoral ministry, expand their imagination about what is possible through the church, and provide leadership opportunities
  • Vocational Resources Grant to develop vocational curriculums and discernment practices to support young adults discerning their next most faithful step.

The Forum for Theological Exploration is committed to cultivating diverse young adults to be faithful, wise and courageous leaders for the church and the academy. FTE provides resources and a forum for young adults and students to explore their purpose and call to pastoral ministry and teaching.
