As part of National Philanthropy Day, the Atlanta Chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals awards a Teen Volunteer of the Year Award. In addition to public recognition at the NPD luncheon and in the media, the top three selected candidates receive monetary prizes and prizes to be awarded to their favorite charities.

1st Place - $250 – awarded to student, $500 – awarded to student’s favorite charity

2nd Place - $150 – awarded to student, $350 – awarded to student’s favorite charity

3rd Place - $100 – awarded to student, $150 – awarded to student’s favorite charity
