Truck Volunteers
Volunteers needed to work on Donations Truck. We need 1 volunteer everyday Mon., - Fri., 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Volunteers will work with a truck driver to pick up donations throughout the city. The Furniture Bank cannot continue to serve clients if we are not able to pick up donations. Please consider committing to volunteer monthly or one time. Call to set your schedule today!


Warehouse Clean-up
Volunteers will assist with clients and help move and organize furniture throughout the warehouse. Anyone interested should call or email to sign-up.

Scratch and Dint Sales
Each month the Furniture Bank receives valuable furniture donations. Sometimes the items are not taken by our clients. In order to increase our warehouse space and maintain environmentally friendly practices we are offering these Scratch and Dint pieces to the public. All proceeds benefit the formerly homeless.

Furniture Bank Agency Training
At the end of each year the Furniture Banks hosts a training for all of our partnering agencies. During the training agencies receive instruction and paperwork on how to refer people to receive free furniture. There are a number of administrative needs leading up to the training, during the week of training, and following the training.
Client Ambassadors

Work one on one with our clients to help them select furniture for their homes. Training provided.

Holiday Charity
Looking for a holiday charity to help? Look no more. The Furniture Bank is collecting kitchen items for our clients. Many of our clients do not have basic kitchen items like pots, pans, plates and silverware. They spend a significant amount of disposable income on food rather than other essential items. Schedule a Kitchen Kit Drive at your office, congregation, school or community. Call or email today for more details.
