The United Methodist Women of Ben Hill United Methodist Church Women's Day Weekend is October 12-13 and filled with activities that are open to the public including a luncheon and seniors and youth community service events.

Ben Hill United Methodist Women have several events leading up to the weekend including outreach projects that support foster children, uplift seniors and encourage youth.

Bags For Babies through September 29 includes collecting travel totes for foster children.

Bingo & Brunch September 21 for seniors will be held at Asbury Epworth Towers

Youth Fellowship Sunday, September 29 will host youth from other churches to fellowship and worship with Ben Hill UMC youth and members during Family & Friends Day beginning at 9:45 A.M. at the church.

The Theme of the Women's Day Weekend is Women's Spiritual Transformation Mirroring God's Love 2 Corinthians 3:18.

The Reflection of Love Women's Day Weekend Luncheon is  Saturday, October 12 at the Atlanta Airport Marriott, 4711 Best Rd., Atlanta 30337. Tickets are $40 for Adults and $25 for Children. The Rev. Belinda McCastle, Assoc. Pastor, Ben Hill UMC is the guest speaker. The vendor market opens at 10 A.M. and the Luncheon and Live auction begins at 11:00 A.M.

Sunday, October 13 is Day of Worship at Ben Hill UMC, 2099 Fairburn Rd. SW Atlanta, GA 30331. Two services will be held with  Rev. Kathi  Chavous, Founder, K. Renee Ministries & Former Asst. Pastor, Providence Missionary as guest speaker for the 7:45 A.M. service and Rev. Dr. Teresa Fry Brown, Professor at Candler School of Theology at Emory University will be the guest speaker at the 9:45 A.M. service. There will be a reception following each service.
